These terms govern the use of Zyqual SMS by schools, school staff, parents, guardians, and students who access the platform through a school subscription.
Zyqual SMS is provisioned for schools after quote approval, onboarding, and account activation. Public signup on this website is an expression of interest, not an automatic purchase or instant account creation.
Schools are responsible for the accuracy of the data they upload, the staff accounts they authorise, and compliance with their own safeguarding, privacy, and record-retention obligations.
You must not use the platform to access data outside your authorised role, interfere with another school's environment, or attempt to export, scrape, or misuse student information.
We provide commercially reasonable support and uptime efforts, but scheduled maintenance, security updates, and occasional interruptions may occur as part of operating the service safely.
